Balboa Park Inn offers apartment units with a convenient location just north of Balboa Park, across the street from the San Diego Zoo. Our rental rates include electric service, gas, water, and trash pickup. We provide stoves, refrigerators and air-conditioners/heaters for all units. Otherwise, the units are unfurnished.

 

Our residents enjoy a common courtyard area. We are very close to downtown San Diego, but without the congestion or traffic of the immediate downtown area. Street parking is available, but we do not have off-street parking. No pets allowed.

$1300 per month (includes gas and electric!)

1-bedroom apartments
$1500 per month (includes gas and electric!)

2-bedroom apartments
$1950 per month (includes gas and electric!)

All units require a $1500 security deposit.
